1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Chasing Light are non-refundable.
Since all our courses, digital products, and training materials are delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Digital Product Nature
Upon successful payment, users receive immediate access to digital content.
Because access cannot be “returned,” refunds are not applicable.
3. Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors
If any duplicate payment is detected, please email us at support@chasinglight.in with proof of transaction.
After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
4. Access Issues
If you do not receive access to your course within 24 hours, we will ensure access is provided promptly.
However, this does not qualify as a refund request.
