1. Services

All sessions, guidance, and resources provided by Lavita Vig and Chasing Light are intended to support emotional well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth.
These services are not a substitute for:

• Medical diagnosis

• Psychiatric treatment

• Emergency or crisis intervention

If you require urgent medical support, please contact your nearest emergency service provider.

2. Session Bookings & Payments

• Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or approved platforms such as Topmate or Nas.io.

• Session fees must be paid before or at the time of confirmation.

• Missed sessions without a minimum 24-hour prior notice may be charged in full.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain complete confidentiality of all client information and session content.
Information will only be disclosed if:

• Required by law, or

• Necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others

Otherwise, no data will be shared without your explicit written consent.

4. Online & In-Person Sessions

Sessions may be conducted online or in person (by prior appointment).
For online sessions, clients are advised to choose a quiet and private environment to maintain therapeutic focus and privacy.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Fees are non-refundable once a session has started.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without extra charges.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may lead to the full session fee being applied.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide professional and ethical services,
Chasing Light and Lavita Vig are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from:

• Your use of this website

• Your participation in sessions

• Any decisions you make based on the guidance provided

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, resources, videos, and branding are the intellectual property of Chasing Light.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written permission.
